At Glow by Monique Savill, we deeply value the time we spend caring for each and every client. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we’ve always done our best to be flexible. However, with an increasing number of last minute cancellations and missed appointments, we’ve introduced a clear cancellation policy to ensure fairness and to honour the time we set aside just for you.
When booking your appointment, we’ll ask for your card details. No deposit is taken at the time of booking, your card will only be charged if a late cancellation or no show occurs.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $100 fee.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will incur a $250 fee.
These fees represent only a portion of the cost of your reserved treatment time. They help us manage our schedule so we can continue to provide the thoughtful, personalised, and ethical care our clients know and love and keep appointment times available for those who are waiting.
