- Website Use & Eligibility
- Our services are available to adults over the age of eighteen (18) years. By making a booking through our website, you confirm you are over 18.
- You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this website by any third party.
- Booking Policy
- All appointments must be booked in advance, either online, by phone, or in person.
- We require a valid card capture at the time of booking to secure your appointment. In some cases, we may request a deposit in addition to card capture.
- Card details are stored securely and will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.
- We reserve the right to change, reschedule, or cancel an appointment if necessary and will provide as much notice as possible.
- Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment, will result in a cancellation fee being charged to your stored card or the forfeiture of your deposit (if one was paid).
- Multiple last-minute changes or missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings.
- Suitability for Treatment
- Not all clients are suitable for every treatment offered at Glow by Monique Savill. Suitability will be determined during your in-person consultation.
- We reserve the right to deny or refuse treatment if it is deemed not in your best interest, or if there are medical, ethical, or professional concerns.
- Photography Policy
- Clinical photography is a mandatory part of our treatment process and is required for all clients. These photographs are taken for medical documentation purposes and are stored securely.
- If you do not consent to required clinical photography, we will not proceed with treatment.
- Photographs for marketing purposes will only be used with your explicit written consent.
- Service Descriptions & Results
- We make every effort to ensure that service descriptions, treatment information, and images on our website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.
- All treatments are tailored to the individual, and results will vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
